§ .Main jetty is being strengthened. In this regard, existing protection wall, inner and outer slopes, and walking way will be reconstructed; cavities formed due to water corrosion will be filled with concrete.
§ .Sunken vessels and other materials around the jetty are being cut into smaller pieces and taken out. They will be submerged into an appointed area in the offshore.
§ .Quarry was dug. Stones quarried in weights of 0-0.5 ton, 1-3 tons, and 3-6 tons are being laid by using online DGPS and echosounder in order to strengthen the jetty.
§ .Blocks in weights of 50-65 tons are being laid by using online DGPS and echosounder in order to strengthen the jetty.
§ .A concrete station will be founded and the existing protection wall in height of 9 m, length of 704 m, and width of 2 m will be reinforced. Current walking way damaged due to marine movements will be restored by pouring concrete in height of average of 50 cm.
§ .Cavities formed between the main blocks of the jetty and seabed due to marine movements will be filled with concrete by the aid of formworks prepared by professional divers via pumping concrete from the jetty.
Two self-propelled split barges (Paşa ve Midia-13), self-propelled floating crane Herkül, floating crane Haşmetli, barge LM 11, tugboat Vega 3, and tugboat Dalgıç equipped with online DGPS and echosounder were used in the operations.
