Reconstruction & Reinforcement of Breakwater Kheireddine (Algeria)

*Scope of Works*	According to the agreement, following operations were performed in line with the directives of Directorate of Public Works and Meditram–Sotramest Group: § .652,700 tons of stones in range of 0-500 kg weight and 120,000 tons of stones in range of 3-6 tons weight were carried from storage sites located in Ports of Zemmouri and Alger to the project site by sea and laid there. § .4327 concrete blocks (each one having weight of 70 tons) were carried from prefabrication sites located in Ports of Zemmouri and Alger to the project site by sea and laid there by floating cranes. Four self-propelled split barges (Paşa, Dunaiskaya-603, Gantiadi-2, and Midia-8), self-propelled floating crane Herkül, floating crane Haşmetli, and tugboat Dalgıç equipped with online DGPS and echosounder were used in the operations.
