*Gerçekleşen Olay*	Fiber yacht Desire-4 in length of 17 m ran aground near Bozcaada and generated a risk of marine and environmental pollution due to the fuel oil loaded on her tank. Lloyd’s Salvage Agreement, LOF 2000 on the “No Cure, No Pay” basis was signed and operations began.

*Çalışmaların Kapsamı*	Following operations were carried out under the supervision of P&I Club: § .Primarily, the fuel oil generating a risk of marine pollution was removed. § .The yacht was lifted by the aid of our floating crane Herkül and set on Herkül. Then, temporary repair was realized. § .Afterwards, Desire-4 was towed by Reis-6 to Ataköy Marina in İstanbul and consigned to her owner.
