*Incident*	St. Vincent flagged, 2481 GRT and 1303 NRT general cargo ship Mare loaded with 1800 tons of scrap and sank at a depth of 35 m near Karabiga in the Marmara Sea as a result of the crash of 27,011 GT bulk carrier Solar Europe due to the adverse weather conditions and caused environmental pollution.
