*Incident*	North Korean flagged, 3884 GRT cargo vessel Lujin-1 laden with 3537 tons of steel and iron scrap crashed onto hard rocky sea bottom and grounded near Kilyos in the Black Sea due to a strong storm. Bottom sections of the ship were damaged severely and the holds and all other compartments underwater were flooded.

*Scope of Works*	Salvage operation of the ship was given to ARAS by the contract signed with the shipowner on the basis of “No Cure, No Pay” and following operations were carried out: § .Discharge of 18,700 kg uncontaminated fuel oil and approximately, 4300 kg contaminated fuel oil § Discharge of steel and iron scraps from the holds § .Repair works of damaged sections of the ship by our divers and then, refloatation of the ship § Delivery of the ship to Constanta in Romania
