*Incident*	Turkish flagged, 1175 DWT cargo vessel Nazım Bayraktar sank at a depth of 13 m as a result of stability problem during loading of 1100 tons of wheat in Haydarpaşa Port. Fuel, oil, and other materials on board caused marine pollution.

*Scope of Works*	Wreck Removal Agreement, “Wreckfixed 99”, on the basis of “No Cure, No Pay” was signed with P&I Club after the underwater survey carried out by our divers and following operations were carried out: § Discharge of the cargo, fuel, and oil § Removal of wheat spread on seabed § Refloatation of the ship
